BIOGRAPHY 

Jean started real estate business since 2013, before that, she had worked for a World Fortune 500 Corporate as a Product Manager in Silicon Valley hi-tech industry for 9 years. During 2009-2010 economic recession, she fortunately made some real estate investment herself, and also guided some friends how to handle rental properties.  Then she realized  real estate is the right career for her, since she has a good sense of  where to buy, how to buy, how to negotiate and how to take care of the clients. All her clients gave her 5 STAR Review on Zillow.  She is gifted and passionated in real estate, always work 24*7 and keep clients’ request top priority. In the 1st year when Jean started her business as a part-time agent, she received “Rookie of Year” Award in a Top listing broker in Fremont . In 2014, Jean joined Keller Williams Realty as full time Realtor, the world largest broker by agent count, sales volume and sales units. Every year, she is the top producer and Capper in the Keller Williams Danville office, always received KW’s highest Award-President Circle since 2015. In 2018 , she sold over $20+million worth of property and was Top #3 most productive individual agent in the office where there are over 450 agents. She also received Bay East Realtor Association Award-Grand Master Award, which is for transactions over 30 per year or volume over $11M per year from 2015-2018. Properties she has sold  in Easy Bay are in cities like  San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasanton, Danville, Fremont, Newark, Walnut Creek, Hayward , South Bay/Peninsular area such as Atherton , Palo Alto,  Sunnyvale, San Jose, Santa Clara, Milpitas. Being a bay area resident nearly 20 years, she is familiar with almost all the cities in Bay Area, especially East Bay.  In 2019, Jean joined the fastest growing and top-producer gathered Broker-Compass. Here she is even more committed to make her business into  higher level. Jean was originated from Shanghai, China , bilingual in English & Chinese. She earned her MBA degree in UC Riverside in 2002 and Real Estate Broker License in 2016.
